In 2025, Oslo HEMS Conference sold out early, with a waiting list of colleagues who wanted to join us.

For 2027, we’re moving to Lily Country Club, giving us more space to welcome even more delegates – while keeping the close and informal atmosphere that is an important part of Oslo HEMS Conference.

For the first time, we’ll have everyone together under one roof throughout the conference, making it even easier to meet, connect and exchange experiences.

The venue’s spacious and flexible conference facilities also give us even better opportunities for interactive sessions, hands-on workshops, exhibitions and helicopter demonstrations.

Directions to Lily Country Club

From Oslo Airport Gardermoen:
The hotel is 15 km from Oslo Airport Gardermoen, approximately 10 minutes by car or taxi. It is also possible to travel by train to Kløfta Station and continue to the hotel by taxi, local bus or on foot.

From Oslo city centre:
The drive from Oslo city centre takes approximately 30 minutes. Kløfta Station is around 30 minutes by train from Oslo Central Station. From Kløfta Station, you can take a taxi, local bus no. 460, or walk approximately 20 minutes to the hotel.

Beyond the Scientific Programme
